These MD1-0034 humidifier replacement filters are compatible with Vornado evaporative humidifier models, including Evap2, Evap40, EV100, EV200, EVDC300, EVDC500, and EVDC505 (but not Evap3). Crafted with the highest quality materials, the humidifier wick filter is sturdy, fine, and features a multi-layer mesh with a natural hydrophilic fabric that maximizes the moisture output of your humidifier.

For easy installation, we advise using distilled water instead of hard water to fill the humidifier tank. The replacement process is straightforward: 1) open the humidifier cover and remove the old wicking pad, 2) place the new humidifier wick filter in its original position, and 3) reinstall the cover to complete the process.

To ensure optimal performance, it is recommended to replace the humidifier pads every 2-3 months, depending on usage and water hardness. The filter effectively captures minerals from hard water and distributes moisture more evenly and thoroughly throughout your home.
